Shipping information
All parcels have tracking numbers. There are two shipping methods, customers can choose from: DHL (overnight) or Royal Mail.

- Customers who choose DHL overnight delivery, usually receive their parcels the next working day. Under certain circumstances DHL Delivery might take an extra day longer. All parcels have tracking numbers. The parcel may be tracked at: https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html
DHL Express delivery is charged depending on the total order weight.
Standard delivery time to UK and Ireland - 1 working day.

- Customers who choose Royal Mail Delivery usually receive their parcels within 1-3 days.
However, if the Post Office handles a huge workload it may take couple more days. Official Postal services provider in the UK and Ireland is RoyalMail. All parcels have tracking numbers. The parcel may be tracked at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
Post Office delivery is charged at a flat shipping rate.
Please notice that deliveries that are over 8 lbs are usually delivered with DHL Economy service which takes ~4 working days.

General Guidelines and Statements

All the payments (both Paypal account payment and Credit Card payment) are handled by Paypal Card processing service. All the purchases are protected by Paypal’s Buyer’s Protection Program. That means that at any stage of the order - from the moment you order the goods till the parcel gets delivered you can freeze the funds and raise a complaint which will hold the money paid till any issue is resolved.

PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from us, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered.

We monitor every transaction, 24/7 to prevent fraud, email phishing and identity theft. Every transaction is heavily guarded behind our advanced encryption. If something seems fishy, our dedicated team of security specialists will identify suspicious activity and help protect you from fraudulent transactions.

We are providing the products with the help of different logistics centers located in the UK as well as the EU. The location from where your order will be shipped may vary depending on the stock of the products at the moment of order. The possible shipping locations are: London, Manchester, Edinburgh (UK), Berlin (Germany), Paris (France), Vilnius (Lithuania). The parcels are being shipped with the dates stated above (shipping information). We always choose the quickest possible way to deliver your order!
